Beartown Doodles guarantees your puppy to be of good health at the time of sale. We will provide Buyer with a health record of all vaccinations and deworming as well as a veterinarian examination of the puppy.

Buyer agrees to take puppy to their veterinarian within 10 days from the date of purchase. lf the veterinarian believes that the puppy is not healthy and has a life-threatening illness, it shall be documented in writing within 10 days of purchase date. WE will have the condition confirmed by their veterinarian. If the condition is validated, buyer may return the puppy to us for a full refund, or replacement puppy. If the condition can be treated, it is NOT considered life threatening.

If the puppy dies within 12 months of its birthdate from a suspected congenital defect, an autopsy must be performed at the Buyer's expense by a veterinarian to determine the cause of death. If the autopsy shows a congenital defect as the reason for death, the puppy will be replaced at no charge. A written statement from the licensed veterinarian must be provided with the our name.

Beartown Doodles is not responsible for any veterinarian bills incurred once the puppy is delivered, the Buyer assumes all responsibility for the puppy.

Buyer understands that adult sizes are an estimate only, based on our experience. Buyer acknowledges that there is no guarantee on final adult weights, actual size, hair color or eye color. This guarantee does not cover any veterinarian costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended testes.

We do not warrant against any condition caused by carelessness, negligence, or abuse.

Failure of the Buyer to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of purchase date will void this health guarantee.

Breeding this puppy within 12 months of its birthdate will void this health guarantee

All puppies are sold as family companions. We cannot guarantee the breeding, hunting or show ability of any puppy.
